We first started working with Melissa of Westyn & Co. in 2022 when she was launching her business. At the time, we mapped her client journey and created custom email templates in Gmail along with branded sales and proposal materials in Canva. Four years later, her business has evolved — but her backend hasn't. As things have become increasingly manual, we’re now rebuilding her entire client experience inside Dubsado to introduce smarter automation, elevate her brand experience, and take the day-to-day operational weight off her plate.
